Time is running out for National Olympians Associations [NOAs] to register for the upcoming World Olympians Forum [WOF] and the WOA General Assembly which will take place in Moscow, Russia from 20 – 22 October 2015.

105 NOAs have registered to attend and take part in the inaugural event which will include participation from top Olympians and opinion formers such as IOC President Thomas Bach and HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco.

The deadline for registration is 21 September. It will not be possible to register your NOA after this date for logistical reasons so don’t miss out on the opportunity to give your NOA a voice at the WOF and General Assembly.

The 2015 WOF, established by the WOA in partnership with the Russian Olympic Committee, will bring together NOAs, Olympians, representatives of the International Olympic Committee and the Olympic Family, Governments and other key Olympic, sporting and non-governmental stakeholders to share best practices and discuss the topics of greatest interest to Olympians.

NOA Presidents must register their NOA via this online form which will ask for details of the lead representative for the NOA no later than the 21 September deadline. The lead representative must be nominated by the NOA President. Only the lead representative for each NOA will be able to vote at the General Assembly and to vote they must be an Olympian. All registrations will be verified before attendance can be confirmed by the WOA.

NOAs that have already registered and are verified will be sent information from the beginning of this week by the Russian Olympic Committee Organising Committee, who will provide details of an online system through which arrangements such as travel, accommodation and visas will be made.
