The Olympic Games are almost upon us. We cannot give you more preparation time before the Games; but we can give you more time for a chance to win a Rio goody bag* with the Athlete Learning Gateway.
Olympians have been sharing their great tips on the Athlete Learning Gateway in the lead up to Rio 2016 on topics such as sleep and nutrition to help you be even more prepared on your road to Rio or wherever else the road may be taking you.
By popular demand, the Athlete Learning Gateway has now extended the deadline for its competition for users to win a Rio goodie bag to 5 August 2016 giving you even more chances to win!
There are three Rio goody bags up for grabs which include a Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet and a Muhammad Ali Rome 1960 Holdall and lots of Rio 2016 merchandise! There are also 20 runner-up prizes of an Athlete Learning Gateway branded notepad and pen.
To enter the prize draw, complete the three steps below:

- Click ‘JOIN THE DISCUSSION’ to go to the Community
- Comment in any page in the ‘Top tips and insights’ section
There are currently six topics available in the Community: staying healthy on the road, nutrition, psychology, sports media, recovery from injury and how to make the most of your first Olympic Games.
