Last week to apply for a full university scholarship

Once again WOA is offering four full scholarships for Olympians to study online at the prestigious University of London. There are also thirty reduced-price places on offer.

The Postgraduate Certificate in International Sports Management can accelerate your career in the sports industry because it is a globally recognised university qualification.  The course is time-flexible, remote and self-paced. Over 50 Olympians have completed the programme since its launch in 2020. Luisiana Perez OLY (Venezuela) and Yazan Al Bawwab OLY (Palestine) were awarded full scholarships in 2022 and are already applying the skills and knowledge gained on the course.

Luisana Perez Soto OLY said: “The experience of the UoL Programme was amazing.  All topics were important and up to date. The content developed my practical knowledge, and I was better able to create and apply strategies for better communication with the Member Associations I work with.”

Yazan Al Bawwab OLY added: “Receiving the scholarship was a great step towards understanding the world of sports management. It was not only about the world class content but also about the networks I created with other students who currently work in sport and with the professors that are experts in the field of sport.”
