World Olympians Association is currently advertising for a Project Manager to join the administration team at its head office in the Olympic Capital of Lausanne, Switzerland.
The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and managing WOA communications and events, working in close collaboration with the management team on the delivery of WOA’s Games-time activities, such as OLY House and Olympians programmes, and other events including WOA General Assembly, World Olympians Forum and continental workshops.
In addition, the Project Manager will develop and deliver the WOA communications strategy across all platforms (web content, newsletters and social media), drive implementation of the WOA digital strategy and provide ad hoc administrative, strategic, budget and operational support.
WOA is an active, global organisation working in the heart of the Olympic Movement. Our mission is to be of service to Olympians, empowering them to serve society and help create a better world. As well as supporting the needs of over 100,000 Olympians worldwide, WOA oversees and develops a membership of 149 National Olympians Associations spread across five continents, helping them to organise events for Olympians and run projects that help their local communities.

Successful applicants should have a university degree or equivalent and a minimum four years’ experience in communications and event management, plus be fluent in English.
