I am locked out of my inbox. What do I do!? Not ideal, but don't worry, we are here to help. If this happens, please go to webmail.olympian.org, click "Can't access your account?" and follow the wizard. This will inform the system administrator of the requirement to reset the password, and you will be contacted by the admin team on your personal email address that you entered during the registration process. This email will guide you through the process of resetting your password. Please note, as a recommended security practice your olympian.org mailbox password expires every 2 years. A self-service password wizard has been embedded which will allow you to update your password with ease.
What do I do if I don't hear back from the admin team about my new password? In an ideal world this shouldn't happen, so if it does we are very sorry! If you do not hear from the system administrator within 2 working days, please email support@thewoa.org with a request to have the password reset, indicating your mailbox i.e. firstname.lastname@olympic.org
Why is the password reset process so complex? Basically, to protect you and your personal information. The password reset process includes a couple of steps for added security, with the aim to ensure that only the actual Olympian can get the password reset, and not just anyone who knows the Olympian.org mailbox exists.
How do I setup the mailbox on mobile email apps? When adding your Olympian.org mailbox on mobile, please choose "Exchange" as the mailbox type.
