Register Now for World Olympians Forum and General Assembly

Registration is now open for the inaugural World Olympians Forum (WOF) and General Assembly taking place in Moscow on 20-22 October 2015.

The WOF is a new platform that will bring together all 143 National Olympians Associations (NOA), Olympians, representatives of the IOC and the Olympic Family, Governments and other key Olympic, sporting and non-governmental stakeholders to celebrate Olympism, share best practices and discuss the key issues concerning Olympians.

The WOA General Assembly will include WOA Executive Committee elections and voting for constitutional changes.

NOA Presidents must register their NOA via this online form which will ask for details of the lead representative for the NOA.  The deadline for registration is 1700 CET on 6 September 2015.

The lead representative will have the full authority of the NOA to vote on your behalf at the General Assembly. The WOA will cover the expenses of the lead representative to attend the Forum and General Assembly including economy class travel costs. An additional representative is welcome to attend at their own expense.

Please note that this registration is the beginning of the invitation process. Once registered, attendees will be contacted with further requests for information and will be given further information about the WOF and General Assembly along with details on travel bookings and the visa process.

The WOA is agreeing an expedited visa process with Russia. In the meantime, attendees must ensure that their passport is up to date with at least a year before expiry at the time of travel.

The WOF and General Assembly will provide a great opportunity for Olympians worldwide to come together, celebrate their achievements and learn from each other. We look forward to seeing a representative from each of you in Moscow.
