The IOC Athlete Learning Gateway has announced details of a new sports nutrition course that is now available on its free digital learning platform. Eat to Compete, hosted by British Olympian Jeanette Kwakye and sports nutrition expert Professor LC Cameron, focuses on the ways the right nutrition can help enhance your athletics career and allow you to compete at your very best.
The course covers everything you need from key diet characteristics, consistency and organisation, fuelling for an endurance event, how nutrition can accelerate your recovery and considerations to make when faced with injury.
Through this course, you’ll be able to take control of your nutrition, put in place sustainable strategies and make immediate adjustments to your daily routine to help you reach your potential and go for gold.
